Hello, I'm trying to sign into one of my accounts and every time I put the login details in I get an error which says Connection error message from service: Rithmic Direct - DTC Logon error received from server:permission denied Date-Time 2021-10-20 09:50:17 The connection was working perfectly fine when using Rithmic last week then suddenly I started getting this error. Also I can seem to find MES capital's server connection under Rithmic Direct - DTC |
