I have just started the trial today once I figured that I can run sierra chart on mac using crossover. However when I logged in i am unable to load any chart for the symbols. I could see a red tab at the top saying "Not connected" even though I am logged in See attached screenshot. My account seems to be showing as not activated for the trial. Can you help fix the issue. Kind Regards
