Try these steps for a new symbol with no data: 1. Create range bars chart and hidden 1 hour chart for it (so you first finish downloading initial data in accordance with 'Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download' setting) with these settings: https://i.imgur.com/aKgFcf4.png, 2. Then open new chart from Find Symbol menu, change its setting to 1-0-0 Days-Mins-Secs, 3. Perform steps from the 1st post for the chart with 1-0-0 Days-Mins-Secs setting.
