Good morning, I entered a short MES trade this morning at 8:30:22 am, CST. This was a 3 lot trade with the stop at 12 ticks and scales to 12, 21 and 40 ticks. The first scale was hit. The DOM and chart then froze for 5-10 seconds. I then disconnected and reconnected the data. When the chart reloaded, the position was still on but the stops and targets were gone. The position then closed out by itself several seconds later. Message log sent as well.
