First. Make sure your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to CQG and that you have the rest of the information entered to connect to your CQG account.

Second, on that same window under the Common Settings tab, ensure that the setting for Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.

Third, make sure that the symbols are correct for CQG by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Then open a chart for the e-Mini S&P 500 and ensure that it is set to be a continuous futures contract by checking the setting for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Continuous Contract and ensuring that it is set to one of the continuous contract options (tell us which one).

Make sure the other settings for the chart are as you want them. Then let us know if you have a problem. Take an image of what you see and post it here for us.
