When Sierra Chart sends a Logon message at the start of a FIX session, then during the process of disconnecting requires that we send a log out message. When we send a log out message we expect a corresponding log out message from the server. The Message Log above indicates that we cannot connect again because we are still waiting for the log out message. After a certain period of time, less than 10 seconds we consider the connection abandoned and go ahead and perform a complete network socket disconnection. This is why when Sierra Chart tries to reconnect, on the first attempt, it does not do it and waits for the underlying FIX connection to complete.
