Hello, I'm having the same issue. Recently switched to Denali data feed(haven't disconnected from CQG data feed yet) in order to use CQG order routing, Sierra chart is connected through cqg web api. I don't see the letter M and the historical chart isn't available for expired contracts. This was the reason I switched to Denali data feed, so apparently I'm not connected to it yet and still using cqg data feed. I also have a funded account with AMP.
