You are not connected to your account with AMP. Your setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services, therefore the only option is to trade in Simulation Mode, which is why the system keeps putting you back into that mode.

You need to setup your system to connect to your AMP account. To do this you will need to follow the appropriate instructions depending on what order routing service AMP has you setup to use.
