Update: I added Sierra to the exceptions list of my anti-virus (Avast), and now everything seems to be working. Weird though because I did the same thing yesterday and it made no difference. Ill see how things go later when the US session starts, but so far it seems to be ok. If everything goes well, ill update my main trading PC over the weekend. Thanks for the assistance.
