Hi, I fixed the problem. Turns out that even though I am not running 3rd party firewall on my computers, my ISP does have one running on the router/modem/gateway they provide. That was the problem, it was set to high security and therefore blocking some data from coming through to SC.

Perhaps it could benefit future users for this to be listed in the following page as a potential reason to the problem:

Also, where can I read about which IP addresses/ports must be allowed for all data to flow into SC?
