Yes, you should be getting the data into a sub-instance without any issues. Are you able to get the data correctly in the main instance? Also, when you say you are using a Sub-Instance, are you starting that Sub-Instance by selecting File >> New Instance, or is this a completely separate installation of Sierra Chart? Also, get us the Message Log from the Sub-Instance by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
