1. Probably the easiest way to do this (but it will take a fair amount of setup, and can only be done for 15 bars in one spreadsheet) will be to use the Spreadsheet Study and then set 4 columns each to be the Open/High/Low/Close for each bar that you want to have the lines extend for. In other words, you would enter the following:
K3: =$B$3
L3: =$C$3
M3: =$D$3
N3: =$E$3
O3: =$B$4
P3: =$C$4
Q3: =$D$4
R3: =$E$4
...

You would also want to ensure that the Spreadsheet Study is set to display in Region 1.

You can then also set the Draw Style for each Subgraph to Line Extend to Edge. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Line Extend To Edge (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_LINE_EXTEND_TO_EDGE)

Also refer to the Input on the Spreadsheet Study for the number of Formula Columns, which you would need to increase to 60 (maximum) in order to do this for 15 bars:
Spreadsheet Study Inputs: Number of Formula Columns
