Hi there, so I tried loggin in with my Rithmic account from OneUp Trader and it failed to give me INTRADAY data - So support told me I need denali, so now when I try and get Denali it tells me FAILED to ACTIVATE and Feed not enabled. I just want to know where can I pay for whatever is needed just to get TPO charts and Footprints to have LIVE DATA and hitorical data for CRUDE OIL FUTURES, that is all I want. Please help I have been scouring sierra charts for maybe 4 hours and with no luck. I have a real cash account with Tradovate, and have a funded trading account with ONE UP TRADER - Incase you need this information for proving I am non-proffesional. Please help, super appreciate any support I get, thanks |
