Just solved this -- very sorry for wasting anyone's time. The answer is that General Settings>Alerts>Add Alert to Compact Alert Pop-up Window must also be unchecked for each specific alert or the Alerts Log will open for the alert even if the "Show Alerts Log On Study Alert" box is unchecked. |
