I'm trying to keep the Alerts Log from opening automatically when certain trade events occur. I recently added 3 new sound alerts to trigger when an order is cancelled, a stop is filled, or a target is filled. The sounds work as intended, but the alert log opens also, even though I have unchecked "Show Alerts Log On Study Alert" as instructed in SC's documentation. The alerts log does not open when other alert events occur (e.g., an order is filled) although the sound associated with these other events play properly. I've updated to the latest version of SC (v.2310), closed and restarted SC, and checked and unchecked the box to show the alerts log, but nothing has changed. These 3 alerts have a mind of their own. The associated sound files are standard *.wav files. Thanks in advance for your guidance. |
