I have a CQG live account as my Trading Service through Ninjatrader Brokerage. However, I have always had the Advanced $36/month Service Package and had been able to access real time data from the CME group of exchanges without having the Denali Data Feed included in my Service Package. Today, for the first time, I am not able to access market depth data from any CME products. Is this because I do not have the Denali Data Feed service turned on? Which would mean I have been using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data fee all along? I contacted Ninjatrader Brokerage and they confirmed that my market data subscriptions for the CME exchange bundles have not changed and that I continue to have access to those for over a year. Please let me know if this is the problem, and if not having the Denali Data Feed is the reason why I am no longer able to access the CME futures products in Sierra Chart as I am getting an orange "Symbol is unknown" message along with a red "Download Failed" message.
