The "Duplicate Chart to Chartbook" command is no longer working and neither is the "Duplicate All Charts to Chartbook". I get an unfamiliar window that pops up showing information that doesn't work and I've never seen before. I installed the latest version of SA in an attempt to resolve it but it's still doing the same thing. Thanks in advance for your assistance. I'm attaching a screenshot.
