Logging on today I noticed my denali feed was no longer integrated with my Rithmic account, it is for an Earn2Trade combine. I saw the alert to connect once a month and followed all the directions from this link: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees After following the steps the denali feed was still not integrated to my account. I have support for sierra chart feeds enabled, I followed the once a month steps, I updated and translated the symbols yet still no denali. I need to be able to see full market depth. Any help would be great. I have had no issues with this for weeks until now. |
