It must have been since February since you have been into the software. Back in February, there was an issue with TT and the CME Group for a few days. In light of this, AMP decided to stop support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. At that time, they were supposed to move all their customers that were using that service to use CQG for their order routing instead. As such, you should have received information regarding a CQG account an login information from AMP. If you do not have these, then you need to talk with AMP about getting setup with CQG. If you do have the information, or when you do get it from AMP, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you are wanting to continue to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you would need to change brokers.
