First, make sure you scale is set to Automatic and reset your scaling. It sounds like your scaling is just way off and you are only seeing one price line. Refer to the information on this page: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting You will probably have to scale back out again after doing the reset, but you should be able to understand where you are at that point. If that does not resolve your issue, then we need to see an image so we can understand what you are seeing.
