My trading account has just been closed as I've requested a transfer of funds to another broker. This new broker has not yet given me the trading account details/ log on credentials. In the mean time, I could not log on properly to my Sierra Chart account. Pls see attached screenshot. I was planning to do chart replays and sim trading. Is there a way to connect to data feed even while my trading account with the new broker has not yet been set up? |
