I am unable to get any new chart data today. Up until yesterday I was using v1097, no problems trading yesterday. However this morning my charts wont update. So I downloaded the latest version, v1107 and performed the symbol update as requested. However my charts still aren't loading. I tried using the Continuous contract (which is what I normally trade with), and without continuous contracts. Still no luck. Is anyone else having issues? Sierra, any news from CTS? Should everything be working correctly? |
