This occurred because you did not renew the exchanges that include the Market Depth for September. Rather, you have the following two exchanges active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts - CME non-professional top-of-book Which, by the way, is redundant, as the "CME non-professional top-of=book is included in the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional trading accounts. Did you, by any chance, mean to activate the "CME with Market Depth for NonProfessionals"?
