There are 2 problems here. One problem is you need to update the symbols to the new symbol format as explained here: Notice: CTS Trading Service Symbols You need to do this for every one of the charts. They all need to use the same symbol format. And you need to do this consistently for every one of your charts and Trade DOMs. However, there is a problem with the CTS T4 system where it is not properly responding to requests for symbol data. So even after you update the symbols and reconnect to the data feed, you can continue to have problems. We have contacted CTS about this.
