I have reviewed all these steps and attempted the fixes but without success. Basically, the tick and other internal charts just keep reloading the data continuously 24/7. If I open a new blank chartbook and create a new tick chart, it works fine. If I then copy it my "trouble" chartbook, it goes back to loading continuously. It also defaults to 700 days of data and I'm unable to change that. I only need 30 or so days. Is there some setting I may have on another chart that could be causing this?
