Dear Sierra Engineering, I recently upgraded from version 2285 to 2296 (latest version) and in the process lost data on my historical charts. To check if the newer version was the issue, I reverted back to version 2285 and was able to see all the data I had previously. So, in summary, in version 2285 I am able to display historical data that goes back to June 2000, but after the upgrade to version 2296, my historical data only goes back to June 2015, a loss of 15 years of data. Please see the before and after pics I have attached. My historical charts use “Continuous Futures Contract – Volume Based Rollover, Back Adjusted”. I am not sure what is going on that is causing the newer version of Sierra Chart to not pick up and display the older data. Thank you in advance for looking into this! Dan
