Another day, another issue: -My second screen that was originally set up as an instance and was connected to CQG no longer updates data: error message is "Symbol is unknown, click for symbol information. Symbol Error ESU21-CME is unknown,, unavailable or improperly formatted, symbol is invalid during SubscribeToSymbolDOM. Things were working last week, not anymore. Reviewing the documentation did not solve the problem as it was not this way before, so I doubt it is a permission issue. -I had experimented connecting the second screen to my Denali datafeed, and thought it was working fine, now that is showing delayed data, so back to CQG which has this issue all of a sudden. -Also, a symbol like ES has an incorrect evening session set up as default setting (4:15PM end time across all chartbooks), I assumed that data gets updated automatically when the exchange changes things? I manually set them to 17:00 end and 18:00 start time, but would be much better if it was an automatic update. -Hoping to end up having a smooth software day once I get through these hurdles.
