I am using TT-Net for data and execution, through AMP I was unable to log in on Saturday, when I finally able to log in in Sunday Globex hours, my trade activities data from last month and current month are lost, only the last day (3/7/2014) record is available, the Refresh Log feature inTrade Activity Log is greyed out so I can't refresh the log either, what was wrong and how can I get my lost trade log back? Is there a local copy or backup of my trade log? This is very scary: all my trade activities are supposed to be kept at SC server or TT-Net server, not on my own computer, but they can just vanish from the server. Please help! |
