At one point this wasn't working for me either, I'm not sure why exactly but it works fine currently as long as this option is checked for the chart the Trade Window is linked to... Chart Settings: Use Symbol Commission Setting in Trade List and Statistics Calculations (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)
