Hi John, actually i wanna be able to both sim trade and live trade any given working day ! is that possible or do i have to pay some more ? by the way, i already paid the CME exchange (10.24 USD /month) and what is it about SC order routing service ? is that also a payment besides the 36 USD and 10.24 USD CME? i am asking because i am asked to pay again 21 USD and i was wondering what is that for?
