Are you wanting to access the Delayed Streaming Data or the Real-Time Data?

We are asking as you are currently on Package 10 and we see that you had signed up for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, but you have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get the real-time data. To do this, you need to go through these Setup Instructions for the CME Group:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

If you are wanting Delayed Streaming Data, then follow these instructions:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

Note that you do NOT need to be on Package 10 for the delayed data, you can be on Package 3 if you are not going to be using real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

Hi John,

actually i wanna be able to both sim trade and live trade any given working day ! is that possible or do i have to pay some more ?

by the way, i already paid the CME exchange (10.24 USD /month)

and what is it about SC order routing service ? is that also a payment besides the 36 USD and 10.24 USD CME?

i am asking because i am asked to pay again 21 USD and i was wondering what is that for?

Thank you John

This is entirely possible. It's just a matter of being in Simulation Mode or not. Refer to the following:
Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes

Your account is setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which means that you had initiated that setup. The only additional fees related to using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service is that there is a $0.10 per side order routing charge that gets billed to your Sierra Chart account.

Refer to the information on the following page related to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

The $21.00 fee comes from your next upcoming service renewal of $10.40 for your Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchange renewal, along with a requirement to have at least $10.00 in your account to cover the costs of the order routing fees. The total is then rounded up, which would be $21.00 in your case. You can do as little as $10.00 right now in order to allow trading using your Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, if you like, then just be sure you add the necessary amount before the end of August to pay for your exchange renewal.

The cause of this issue has now been resolved. We do apologize for this. If you do want to create a simulated trading account, you can do this now.
