Does the version 2291 address the verification issue?

As stated above, version 2291 does address the verification issue. And we see that your account is now showing an updated date, so this is working for you now.

Without connecting to Rithmic, it opens a new chart fine (I'm assuming using the Denali feed). But when I open up a chartbook that I copied over from the original computer, all the charts are blank. Why?

Most likely that other computer has the Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. As such, it uses a different set of symbols. When you open a Chartbook from the other computer, you would need to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to update the symbols within that chartbook to your current service selection.

Another option would be to set the Current Selected Service to the same as the other computer, then the symbols will be the same.

Perhaps related, when I try to setup the Rithmic connection on the new laptop and choose the Rithmic Direct - DTV service, the Server list is blank?

You have to set the Current Selected Service and then close that window and then open it again. We do a request from Rithmic for the Servers that are available, so it takes a few seconds and requires that the window be reopened to fill in the list. This is covered in Step #7 of the Setup Instructions for Rithmic here:
