This message crops up anytime, today it happened after an entire day of trading right at the end around 3:30PM EST on an already opened chartbook (for the entire day) i got this message. I make the switch from Simulation to Live by going to Trade tab on the chart window and selecting Trade Simulation On (so as to switch of trade simulation) Currently i restarted the platform but i had the issue today between 3:30 PM EST and 4:00PM EST (can i send you the log from today?) |
