To begin with, you are not subscribed to the Real-Time data for any of those symbols. You have the CME, NYMEX, and EUREX exchanges active for your account. But, you should be getting the COMEX and CBOT data as streaming delayed data and the ICE data as delayed data (not streaming). If you are not getting any data at all for these other symbols, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log for one of those symbols: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
