Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings and ensure that the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. It does not appear that this is the case from what you showed us.

If you have to change this from No to Yes, then be sure you then selected File >> Disconnect, followed by file >> Connect to Data Feed, then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
