If you look in the Message Log you will want to connect to DS13.SierraCharts.com which is our server on the US West Coast, which has subsea cable connectivity into the data center. Just reconnect until you get to that server. So I tried disconnecting and reconnecting about 12 times in a row now and it just keeps rotating between DS23, DS22, and DS21. I know in this thread: (Denali Data Feed Compression Available \| Post: 235037), you mentioned that Regarding post #22 and #23 we are working on making providing this server address automatically based on your location. We should have this done in about an hour. but it doesn't seem to be working for some reason. Do you mind setting me up with the westcoast ds13 server? Thanks.
