If you look in the Message Log you will want to connect to DS13.SierraCharts.com which is our server on the US West Coast, which has subsea cable connectivity into the data center.

Just reconnect until you get to that server.


Now that I'm trading from Asia, I noticed a substantial amount of lag at 20ms setting. I have to increase it to 100ms. That's okay.
This is due to packet retransmission due to packet loss. Using our West Coast server, should minimize this. But not fully.

High compression is slightly slower but it is not perceivable. In your case we would recommend using high compression.
