I used to trade from the West Coast (US) and chart update interval (and Remote Buffer Delay) set to 20ms performed great. Now that I'm trading from Asia, I noticed a substantial amount of lag at 20ms setting. I have to increase it to 100ms. That's okay. My question is when choosing between standard vs high compression, which option is better for my case? What are the advantages and disadvantages of going with high compression over standard? Thanks.
