You have to go into the Mouse Pointers settings in the operating system control panel, to change that cross to what you require. It is not controlled within Sierra Chart.

We simply cannot provide any further help.

If you are using the OpenGL option, perhaps that is having some unknown effect. However, you can disable or enable that as you require:
Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)

We cannot spend any further time on this.
