I am not suggesting Sierra should "...provide technical support for external data feeds". Before Denali, Sierra built its reputation on a solid, feed-agnostic platform. Yes, I truly believe you are not abandoning all the customers that have made Sierra what it is today. What I am asking is you investigate why the correct information is displayed incorrectly within Sierra Chart. If you do not believe it is presented in the correct "Sierra Friendly" format, everyone should know Rithmic is dropping the ball, not Sierra. If the request from Sierra is properly formed, it shouldn't be too complicated for Rithmic to respond. They do it for the bridge, they should be doing it basically the same for the DTC. I've asked Rithmic, they said it looks good on their end. They have watched the requests that come from my PC and tried to help me. Now they are hoping, as am I, that Sierra can do the same. Rithmic brings a lot to the table, for me and for my broker who has my back. I want this to work and am willing to put in the effort to do so. I am not trying to push your patience but I and other like me do need a little more help to make this work.
