I have consulted with Rithmic, extensively. They see my account and believe my installation of Sierra is asking and receiving the correct data from Rithmic servers. Because I am seeing the same negative results, I renamed my D:\SierraChart\ directory and downloaded a fresh installation of the most current software. Same results from this clean, unmodified installation. I did the same on an old computer I no longer use. Same results. It does download the historical data however the completed download is really odd, mostly just a two/three tick variation going back to the beginning. Also, it is treating 06/09/2021 as if it were yesterday. Please see enclosed. |
