Are the Chartbooks named the same and when you open one it is an "old" copy of it? Or are the new Chartbooks named a different name?

If the Chartbooks are different names then go to the Sierra Chart Data folder (typically C:\SierraChart\Data) and look to see if the new chartbooks are in the folder. If they are and you are not able to open them, then attach one of them to this thread for us to take a look at it. Also, let us know what happens when you try to open it (does it now show in the list of Chartbooks, or do you get an error message).

One possibility is that you may have two different installations of Sierra Chart. The "old" one and a "new" one. You must have done some work in the "new" instance and then gone back to the "old" one. Take a look through your file system to see if you can find two different installations. If so, then you can just copy the .cht (chartbooks) from the one to the other (whichever one is the one you want to use) and go forward from there.
