Your setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, you are not connected to your trading account.

If you tell us what order routing service you are using with your brokerage, then we can point you to the proper setup instructions for that service.

Separately, we see that you are on Package 11, but you do not have any active exchanges. You would want to either activate an exchange, or change to Package 5.
