Hi there, I have the Service Package 5 with the delayed datafeed. Everything works fine except that the Nymex Products like Crude Oil, are all freezed. When I open the Trading Platform at 8am the Charts only laod till 8am and than they freeze. Everything works fine in the other exchanges except Nymex. I don´t know where the problem is. I also installed Sierra again but that doesn´t worked. |
