If you have your Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to a trading service (such as CQG), then we first look to see if you are getting real-time data from either of the Sierra Chart Data Feeds, and if not, then we look to get the data from the trading service that is setup. Therefore, the delayed data is not available when you are connected to the trading service.

If you want to get the delayed data, then you would need to have your Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. If desired, you can accomplish this by installing a second installation of Sierra Chart that is set to SC Data - All Services and then set the Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. This will then only get the delayed data into that installation.
