The log looks fine, no errors or specific issues in it.

The one thing to try is to redownload the data. Refer to the following information:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying Downloading of Intraday Data

Otherwise, you would have to ask Rithmic why you are not getting the data. Are you getting the data updating while you are connected in real-time, but not getting historical data?
