The first thing we need to know is whether you are wanting to get the data from Rithmic or from the Denali Exchange Data Feed? You have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so that is why it is trying to get the data from Rithmic. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you first need to finish the setup by following the remaining instructions starting here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) Once that is complete, then you will need to connect to one of the Live Rithmic servers in order to verify your account for the CME Group. Right now, you are connecting to the Paper account, which will not work for verifying your account, it has to be one of the live servers. After that, you should be good.
