1. You will want to "deactivate" the NYMEX Top-of-Book and then "Activate" the NYMEX with Market Depth for NonProfessional Trading Accounts. 2. The "rollback" would have been caused by first updating to the "Pre-Release" (v 2273) and then updating again to the "Release" (v 2270). It's not a problem, you will be fine.
