Apologies for the flood of messages. I found the reason for the difference and wanted to post an update. Under Chart Settings / Advanced Settings 3, one set of charts had "Combine Trades into Originial Summary Trade" activated (check mark). For whatever reason this difference was resulting in a huge discrepancy between the two charts.
