I have an AMP account and am paying Sierra for Pkg 11 as well as Denali and I am unable to trade live. I have attached the error from the trade activity log. I have looked through the documentation and updated Sierra Charts and I do not know how to fix this. I am very tired of spending these fees every month and being unable to trade. PLEASE Help and SOON.
